The Demo Lab, Atlas Challenge, search tools, and readiness scorecard run in the visitor's browser. They are designed for synthetic and high-level educational use. Do not enter confidential, regulated, or sensitive information.
Inquiry forms
When you submit an assessment, training, or partner inquiry, the information you provide is sent to the contact address configured for the Atlas. The forms request professional contact details and high-level business context. Do not submit passwords, API keys, protected health information, customer records, confidential source code, classified information, or trade secrets.
Purpose of contact information
Submitted information is used to review the inquiry, communicate with the sender, assess fit, and prepare a possible next conversation or proposal. It is not presented as public adoption evidence and is not published in the repository.
Third-party infrastructure
The website is hosted through GitHub Pages. Privacy-focused website measurement is provided through Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is used to understand aggregate visits, page activity, referral sources, and website performance without creating advertising profiles. Inquiry routing and scheduling use third-party services identified by the links and endpoints used on the site. Those providers may process technical and submission data under their own policies.
Data requests
To request correction or deletion of information submitted through an inquiry form, contact mahsa@connectioncare.net from the same email address used in the submission.

This notice may be updated as the website, forms, or service providers change. The effective date above identifies the current public version.
